Juma Bi from Proctor High School's Speech & Debate Team continues to impress!

Juma placed 3rd among students from multiple states in the Optimist Club's annual oratorical contest, winning a $1000 scholarship! Juma is also qualified to compete at the National Championships for Speech & Debate later this month. 

Keep up the good work, Juma! You are an impressive orator, and you make Utica proud!
